Below is a selection of answers to common questions our customers might have about the application process.
- Do you contact employers?
If you have payslips this would not be necessary, if you do not have
payslips we may ask your permission to contact your employer asking
them to confirm your position and salary. We would never do this without
your consent.
- How
soon will I receive my cheque?
Depending on the size of your loan you can receive a cheque within
days.
- If
I have county court judgements or defaults can I still get a loan?
Yes this should not be a problem.
- If
I have mortgage arrears will this create a problem?
Having arrears on your mortgage should not stop you from getting a
loan.
- Can
I get a loan If I have a bad credit rating?
Yes you can. This should not prevent you from obtaining a loan.
- What
happens if I want to move house?
You can pay off the loan with the proceeds of the sale or in many
cases transfer the loan to your new property.
- Can
I borrow more in the future?
Yes you can take a further advance.
- Is my loan application confidential?
Yes we are registered under the data protection
act.
